Looking for a new recipe using rhubarb

Hello Purple and welcome to myLot. Rhubarb and chocolate cake sounds really good. I don't have a recipe but you might try cooking the rhubarb until it is almost done and adding it to a chocolate cake recipe. I put a can of pie cherries in a brownie mix a while back and it was soooo good. I left out the water the box called for. You might try make a chocolate cake like a carrot cake using raw rhubarb and adding some baking soda because of the fruit. I did find a recipe at http://www.cooks.com/rec/...
