Are you more concern about your image?

It really comes down to how much you care about image and how much you care about your financial future. I think a lot of people have gone into the "red" trying to keep up with the Joneses. I personally prefer to be frugal. Also there is no point in spending money on things that are pricey when you can just get free sample products:)

i do like to look good and take car of my appearance, but i don't waste money on designer clothes, expensive perfumes or expensive makeup. if anything, the cheaper the better! i don't like to waste money, so i buy things mainly from cheap clothes shops, find sales or discounts, clearance sales stuff like that, but i do like to look good. i don't bother about being too skinny, i'm built quite slim anyway so i do still eat what i want. i've got a litttttle bit of a belly but you can't see it under my clothes lol, but i wouldn't really mind much if you could. i'd rather be chunky than stick thin.

I could care less if I look like an unmade bed.*laughs* That annoys my wife. But not much. We are not into name brand clothes; I am a Tshirt and jeans type of person; the wife has no problem with shopping at thrift stores. And she has an allergy that prevents me from wearing colonge; not that I would wear it anyways. My confidence comes from what I can do, not my appearance.

I only want people around who care about me becaue they like the way I look on the inside and not the out...I go around in comfortable clothes and live a simple life when it comes too my looks..More things in life are important

I like to live frugally, I even stopped putting on my earrings, because I've been seeing so many men wearing them now that it sickens me. I gave them away. Something about it bugs me. Anyway, I like to shop at Goodwill, they have some pretty amazing clothing, in really good condition. I dislike the smell of cologne and perfume, it makes me sneeze, and gives me a headache. I wish more people would be happy with their own lot in life, and not feel that they have to keep up with the neighbors. Life is too short to waste trying to impress somebody.

i think everyone care about image, all want to have a good image,but we should buy something if we have enough money,i mena we can offer it

If you care so much how you will look on other people that is low self esteem, and if you rather buy things (that you cannot even afford)to make yourself look good that is part of your issues that sometimes we cannot recognize. There are people like if theyre lonely or sad they will go shopping believing theyre doing their self a favor (they make their self happy) by buying new clothes and charge it at the same time intheir cards, isnt that crazy? in order to feel good you have to put yourself to debt by charging it to your card that you cannot even pay even the interest. that is definitely self destructing. some they'll get new cars and they cannot even pay their rent or their electric bills or other bills. or they'll get new high tech phones and then they're on plans to think the phone is double the price if you will do pre paid phones. so they have these nice cars, high tech phones, nice clothes but empty stomach, empty wallets and empty refrigerators but with overdue bills. My philosophy is if i dont need it i wont buy it,if i cannot afford it i wont buy it. I dont use credit cards because i know how the company works on it. I wear inexpensive clothes too because i believe its how you wear it and not how much you paid for it.I always make sure i set aside something before can spend on something.

Why do I have to select if I could choose both money and good image?

its true, people tend to keep and spend much attention to how they look like in public rather than taking good care of their health.sometimes one has to skip meals to maintain figure and in worst scenario save the money intended for food to spend it in a parlor or beauty enhancement shops. but are we gonna blame them? in the kind of society we have, competitiveness comes always with pleasing personality.
