Celestine Prophesy |
| |
| For so long, we only have 2 major philosophical beliefs, the idealism which comprise all the religious beliefs and materialism which comprise mostly of scientists, scholars and marxists. Then came celestine prophesy which came from Latin America and is thought of as the third alternative, or is it so? They said that the mayan civilization did not perish but was transformed into a higher being or entity. Are you familiar with celestine prophesy? Do you think this is the third alternative that we are all waiting for? | | | | | |

| | i am surprised that somebody replied right away. and why were you shocked? i have lots of similar topics that i cannot post because i know nobody will respond. i dunno, maybe too difficult to understand? one of my professors gave me a book similar to this, gods from outer space, we are not the first, and chariots of the gods. from then on i searched for books similar to this topic and i found celestine prophesy. read the books i mentioned above and it will change your view of the world. it did mine. | | | |

| | I was surprised because I don't know a whole lot of people that have read this book (or any other book by Redfield). And, I don't mean to put mylotters down, but it's a book that many would find "over their heads." I even had to read certain chapters more than once in order to fully grasp it. Anyway, thanks for posting about this great book! | | | |

| | okay. i really love books that make me think and analize and this is one of them. most of my friends love this book too and whenever there are problems or unexplained events that happen to us, we apply celestine prophesy in it. we even pinpointed places here in our country where there are powerful forces that protect you. i am lucky because i have these friends whom i discuss subjects such as this and not being laughed at. | | | |

| | I have all Redfield's books on Celestine Prophesy and I have read them. Indeed I felt a bit different after reading them. It was a strange awareness of the world around me. I also don't know anything about the Mayans. I know that a lot of it made sense and was apparently obvious.... synchronisity and all that.... Great books though. | | | | | | |

| | so i am not alone in mylot who reads books similar to celestine prophesy. i even lend my friends these books because we read the same kinds of books. try reading the books i have mentioned above (in #1). they are non fiction but wonderful topics. for example, it tells of how more precise the mayan calendar was compared to the gregorian calendar we are using now. | | | |
