| |  I have not tried but I have seen a practitioner and he has had many patients that comes to his house for acupuncture treatments. what he does is that he tells his patient to change diet and he would only perform acupuncture to those that needs the most. I think it is effective since there are many from his patients that were really cured from some debilitating disease.

| |  I have heard bits and pieces about acupuncture but I do not know a whole lot about it. They say that it does wonders for alot of things but I do not know anyone personally who has ever used it, to know for sure if it works.
