Paypal Question Bank...Do answer please...help others..

I have a few questions...which I could not find in their site...so asking to my experienced friends here...

1) What is the actual verification charge? is it 7 dollars?
2) If one verify his/her accounts will there be any deductions from transfers?
3) If not verified what is the fee deviations? or only verification matters to extend the limit above 500$?
4) Is there any charge for transferring money from paypal to paypal?
5) What is the minimum amount we can transfer via paypal? with and without fee, and in verified and non-verified cases?
6) Is it possible to change a premier account to basic personal account? I know vice versa is possible.
7) Is it okay to have multiple paypal accounts?
8) If one delete/closes his/her account is it ok to start a new account in the same name again after some days?
9) If due to some reasons they delete one's account will they give the money we have in our account back?
