My Big Day!

Thank you very much! It was a wonderful day! I didn't trip over my vows, though I got my heel caught in my dress once or twice LOL, and I managed to hold it together. My husband, on the other hand, was sooo close to tears bless him. It surprised me, because he's not normally a very emotional person.

The weather held. We had one or two spots of rain, but the clouds didn't burst and in the late afternoon, the sun broke through and the skies cleared fully - just in time for the party.

A lot of our friends turned up, some that we didn't think were coming turned up too, and we all had a blast. Myself and my husband left around 6pm. We were both exhausted from the busy week, and the whole day, so we came home and had a three hour nap lol.

But I really couldn't have wished for a better day. It really was just wonderful!

I was so nervous when I got up I thought I was going to pass out LOL!

The entire day was fantastic from start to finish! My husband got very emotional over his vows, while I managed to hold it together lol.

We did very well to get everything organized at such a great price, we had a little help from some very good friends of ours, and the day just couldn't have been more perfect!

We had a fantastic day and everything went exactly as it was planned to - even the weather held out for us. I'm so glad that we were able to put it together so economically, but to be honest, we didn't have a choice. Weddings are so expensive these days.

Our friends arranged a party for us, so we didn't have to pay for that, and the food and alcohol flowed freely lol. I too, am glad that we were able to finally tie the knot. Whereas before we felt married because we've been together for so long - now it's official.

I didn't trip over my vows (Jeffers did a lil lol!), I only got my heel caught in the underskirt of my dress twice, but didn't fall, and I managed to hold it together for my vows LOL! I am so glad that I'm married. Now I'm more or less free to travel with Jeff and not have to answer 50 million questions each time lol.

We had no choice but to organize a low budget wedding, but it was just as enjoyable as it would have been if we'd spent thousands on it! Who says you have to spend thousands of dollars to have a great wedding??
