Absolutely you are right, the aspirin is contains Acetyl salicylic acid
which are also having the properties of thinner of the blood, that is
the reasons most of the times the medical professional would not advise
this Aspirin to the children under 12 years old, as per the Tylenol
which is one of the best medicines and contains Acetaminophen and used
to treat mild fever, mild headache, mild joint pains, mild shoulder pains
etc., So better to use the Tylenol all the times instead of Aspirin
due to the side effects.

Generally the Tylenol the contains Acetaminophen which will be act as a
pain killers and also can be used to treat many dis order like headache,
joint pain, shoulder pain, teeth pain, mild fever, etc., But be remember
that when you are going to use in daily or for long time then only you
have the chance to get the side effects of Liver damage, that is the
reasons most of the professional Pharmacist would advise the patients
not to take any high doses than recommended doses of any medicines
because of the side effects. With regards to Aspirin it also contains
Acetyl Salicylic acid, which will be used for many purpose and also
having the properties of blood thinning effects, that is the reasons
most of the medical professional would not advise the Aspirin to the
children below the 12 years old and can recommend to the heart patients
