There is a pressure point at the back of the head, right at the top of the spine. Put pressure on it. At the same time, place your palm against your forehead and press. It works wonders for tension headaches. I learned this technique in my Massage Therapy class. One day I had the beginnings of a migraine, and that is what my instructor did for me. My headache went away almost immediately. Also, you can massage your temples. That seems to work too.

When you have severe pain in the head just put your fingers in the back of the head and starts to give the pressure at the same time put the other hand on the top of your face, this presuure will stop the excess amount of blood to the head leads to get relief from the pain. This method is called " Acupuncture " .

Generally when you becomes more tension due to some problems the blood pressure will be raised .Due to this high blood pressure automatically the heads start to get the headache.

So try to be relax with good sleep is the best remedy for the headache.

Sleepless, more thinking about the problems, high blood pressure, are the main cause for the headache.

A little bit of sleep usually cures my headaches. There are times when I have to take medication also though to get rid of it. I have tried the messages too but it did not work for me.
