Do you believe in luck?

I do believe in luck, but we need to create our luck. It is like working hard, working hard, and doing right until one day, someone saw you and your potential, so you're given the highest post in a prospering business. This is hard work, but some may call it luck. A basketball player who attempted a shot from half court may be lucky to swish that ball, but it is because he made the attempt. The same also in life, in order for us to be lucky, let's create our own luck.

hiii dear friend..nice to meet you here..I am also the person who beleives the luck...And also i wont completed depend on the luck...There will be some peole who beleives the luck and they wont do work they will be saying that i am the luckiest person so i wont have to work..But i am the person like that...I will do the work if i am lucky i will be successfull and i am not i am not the luckiest..Up to now with my experiences i am saying that i am the luckiest person..So i am successfull...Happy mylotting dear friend..keep smiling..

I don't always believe in luck.Even without luck,I can try harder to get to my aim.I don't think that luck can control the result.But sometimes we really need luck,such as buy or draw a lottery,hope a good weather,want to meet someone by accident and so on.

I don't believe in luck at all. My belief is that what happens, happens and that's it. It's like winning a lottery, someone had to and it just happens to be the one that has the right ticket. Events led to them winning but that happens to all those that win.

To me a person's life is a set of events. You can manipulate some events in your favor. The people who generally fare the best are those who are more energetic. Some people just never seem to get anywhere no matter what they try and we look at them as unlucky but I don't believe it had anything to do with luck. It just means that a factor(s) failed for them.

I hope you guys can understand that...hard for me to spit it out.

I do believe in luck. Life is full of surprises which means that there are tonnes of unexpected that can occur. In other words, this means that you could have prepared so much and so well for something but in the end you are just bad luck.
But then, I also believe we should do all we can. It is only we have get ourselves well prepared that we can grab the chance when it comes. Waiting for luck to come without doing anything simply won't work in a long run.

Hey I am a positive person and I do believe in luck.I believe in Karma and prarabdha as according to Hindu mythology we live this life according to our deeds in past lives and if you have done good things you reap good things,now as you said 99% is our labour,yes that is right you have to work but everything related to this work is predestined each and every second,and I am a firm believer of this.Everything we do,about to do and have done is fixed by at the time we born for our entire present life so what you said about the 99% work is also already decided so it is luck,bhagya or prarabdha,so if we have inherited good things for us we are bound to do good things and our work automatically would go with that direction and make us do good things,it is what I feel...I do not know whether I could present my self or not

I believe in love and I also believe in working hard. Luck don't just come rolling by to be pick up just like that. I also believe if we work hard, God will grant our wishes and give us more luck. There's no point in just hoping something good might happen and we'll be lucky, it's better to do something to change it.

Hi, ya i do agree with you that luck is really one of the important factors to get success in the things we do. Although we always say that hard work is the most important part of getting things done and achieve success in life, but luck do play an important role in it too. Some people will say it as the God's will, while some will say it is our fate. If it is your fate that you will success or will have that thing in life, then you will surely have it, it maybe just a matter of time, and if it is the opposite you will not achieve it no matter how hard you've tried or how much effort you've put in.
Same as you, I do believe in luck too. However, i will always try my best to do everything, or every task, to achieve the things i want in my life. So, no matter how the outcome will be, at least i've done my part, i've done my best and i'll just leave the rest to God, the fate, or luck. May luck be with you always!

Luck. I picture it as a miracle that God make a way for us to be successful. If you are a prayerful person that's an assurance to be successful in life. God bless!

I think luck is just what we call it when good things happen to someone or something for no reason. It is just what we call that situation. Sometimes I feel lucky, but that is probably for two reasons, 1) I've been lucky, and 2) I am feeling positive.

I think 'luck' isn't a spirtual thing, or anything at all, it is just what we call it. Does that make sense?
