|  I love my laptop!! I have a Dell Vostro laptop. I have had it for about 8 months. I am getting it on the monthly rental plan from a place called Home Express. It cost me 99 dollars a month for 12 months. I only have 5 more months and it is all mine!! It has Microsoft Vista. Boy I hated that at first, but with time I got usto using it and there are some good things about rental. If anything has gone wrong they have fixed it right away. I have a 1 year warranty with Dell after I get done paying for it and it has 80Gb of hard-drive. I have done all kinds of things with this I could never have done with a desktop. I am sick alot so I download alot of movies and music and I have it when I am in the hospital. So what kind do you have?

| | i have desktop and a laptop...i use my laptop only for watching movies and for browsing i use my desktop..my desktop is 7 years old..so its quite weak in its config..
ive a hp laptop which is 2.4ghz core 2 duo processor with 3 gb ram..250 hdd...my desktop is worth to browse and it has win xp with 512 ram and 40 gb hdd...

| | it is the processor with lower clock rate and increases processors usage of available clock cycles and power...it was introduced in 2006 i guess...the clock speed ranges from 1.06 GHz to 3.33 GHz...this provide efficient execution units and decoding stages and also lowers the power consumption..quad core processors are also available which are much more efficient than core 2 duo...so better buy a laptop with all the latest technology as u cannot upgrade your laptop..
browse through internet and search for the latest tech and buy your laptop...

its amd 4200+ with asus motherboard..
i ahve 360 gb hdd with 2gb ddr2 ram....
and its working fine with all my softwares and games...
