What do you know about triond?

Triond is a very poor payer, and they will reject anything you have published on another site. I once built a response on Mylot into an article, which I submitted to Triond, only to have it rejected because part of it had appeared here! However, you can upload pictures with captions. If you have some unusual pictures and can put witty captions to them, you can actually earn more than from writing.

well, I've been into it for some time, and it's worth but only if you manage to be read or watched. There are better posts than others, it all depends of what kind of advertising can be shown related to your post. here's my account if you like to drop a visit and know how it works (most of my writings are in spanish). You make money from people reading your articles, if I remember correctly. I wrote a couple and I think I made $.17 or something like that. Not worth the work, in my opinion.

I have been writing for Triond for about a month and I have had 12 articles published and another one is pending. And all I have made is 75 cents. To me that is definitely NOT a lot of money! The only good thing about it is that you can ping your articles or digg, reddit, or stumble them to get more visitors that will hopefully like your article and write a comment or click on the ads that are on the same page as your article. These things will all earn money for you. It is a very slow process as far as I can tell.

I got a payment from them and posted in my profile blog, i actually loved the site because its a very legit one.

They pay very little. I have a lot of creative writing articles and poems there, and the most they have ever paid me was 59 cents. I am thinking of taking them down and transferring them to another paying site. There are a lot of writing sites which pay a lot better. Good Luck!

I LOVE Triond. With due respect to myLot, Triond is my favorite PTW (Paid to Write) program. I have been a member there for about 2 years and I just love getting a little money from them every month, even when I don't have time to write anything new. My satisfaction with Triond was part of the reason I started the little internet home "business" that I call Lunch Money. I like to write, but have no interest in marketing my articles, or showcasing them, as I call it, so Triond is perfect for me. They find a place to put my articles and do the keywords for me and all I do is promote the links they send me (time allowing and if I feel like it, and they do the rest. For US writers, the minimum payout is only 50 cents (it is HARD not to earn 50 cents a month on Triond!) and payment is automatic to PayPal.

Now theoretically, I supposed someone could submit an article and sit and do nothing at all and not make money, but with a little effort just about any article will start getting hits. I just put my link in StumbleUpon and maybe mention it in my blog, or tell some myLot friends, and boom! Traffic.

Is the money serious? That depends on how many articles you submit, how much promotion you are willing to do, and whether the topics you choose to write about turn out to be of interest to the public, I guess. I consider ALL money serious and if I make enough there to buy even one extra meal per month out at a favorite restaurant, I'm a seriously happy camper:-)
