Sinus Headaches -- Ouch

Last night my bedroom door blew open. I guess the latch is going or something, because I'd locked the dang thing. Anyway, so I woke up at three a.m. with the wind blowing fiercely up my schnozz. Naturally I have a sinus headache this morning.

What are your best sinus headache cures? Or ways to ward them off? All I had around were aspirin and I took a couple of those and am waiting for some relief.

Prayer and sinus medication. I hardly never get sinus headaches but when I do I just don't like it. Good luck and wait it out.

I get the worst sinus headaches! They are usually accompanied by lots of vomiting! I just get so miserable! I have food allergies, so I often get sinus headaches after I've eaten something I'm allergic to.

I've found that eating cold foods helps me... like ice cream or popsicles. But lying down with a heating pad on my head is the only way I can be comfortable. I usually just sleep and wait for the headache to go away on its own. But the heating pad and eating ice cream helps take the edge off.

I wish I wouldn't have slept quite so deeply last night. I would have discovered the open door a lot earlier, no doubt. A heating pad sounds like a good idea.

Well i never got hose sinus headaches but I have heard it from others that it is very bad and irritating.When I have a normal headache I too take an aspirin.But I am not sure what medicines my friend uses for sinus.I hope you will find a cure to that.Take care..
