** What Can I BUY for $10?**

You can many thing with $10 like petrol, gas, fruits, vegetables, chocolates, etc.

I would put it in my savings account. But since you insist I spend it, I would go to the dollar store and buy a pack of washcloths for a dollar, a couple of Sudoku books (I'm almost done with the ones I bought a couple months ago), a few greeting cards that are two for a dollar, and other things that I need or will need in the future. I'm in America and dollar stores are becoming very big business.

Ten dollars, huh? Well, it would buy me 10 Whopper Juniors from Burger King! (Yum!)

It would buy 10 bottles of shampoo from the dollar store.

Hmmm, about 4 gallons of gasoline, one and one half small bags of dog food, about 8 loaves of bread or 4 gallons of milk.

I remember hearing my father complain that the groceries cost around $5.00 a bag. Today, each bag might hold no less than $25.00 worth of stuff!

Let's see, one VERY good steak at the grocery store would cost around $10.00, maybe a little more.

I try to stretch every single dollar these days. It's amazing how much money you can save if you comparison shop!

Oh, and I'm here in the United States.

I live in Jamaica, West Indies. For US$10 I could buy, 4 loaves of bread, joint of pork to feed 5, 4 litres of Pepsi, 5 kilos of potatoes 5 quarts of fresh milk.

In India, $10 US= Rs.400....
In that much money, I can buy
1)A 4 GB Pendrive
2)A branded T-Shirt
3)An expensive meal at a 3 Star hotel
4)Many things I cannot explain

here in india i can but a cool t-shirt.......but i'll prefer petrol.......10$ is not a big some of money here in india.......many ptc sites sell refferals....can't we buy them here on mylot.......
I have a little sum of money in paypal and i do internet shopping with that.....maybe buy a rare metal music cd or even some t-shirt signed by someone famous........

$10 in USA depends where you do your shopping. I buy organic food only and I prefer raw food. I have one place with not much expensive organic vegetables. For $10 I can have 11 bags of carrots (1 pound each)for my home juice...it can last for one week of juice.
In the other hand it is only 0.5% of my monthly mortgage....

LAst week i picked up 3 fleece blankets for the camper for 9.88
2 1 gallons of milk works out to be 9.36

i got a game - it had to velcro catchers 2 balls some throwers and a frisbee for 10 dollars.

well, you could have in India, a bottle of wine/9 beers/three pites of rum or you could get a cheap mp3 player or spend a little on robotics and get three motors...Among food, 2 chicken pizzas/ 6 happy meals at McDonalds/9 bottles of Soft Drinks and a half litre bottle as well.
