After you register and login mylot,there are many buttons at the top right coner,such as new discussion,profile,$XX,preferences,logout egt,you can click the profile and then click the proflle,,when you can upload your recent picture in your computer.
above all,you should be sure what style your picture is.My picture is JPEG,it works good.
