Do you ever taken Fish Oil capsules???   

instead of fish oil capsules..i do take it as syrup in cod liver oil..we used to taking it as babies long time ago and we never liked the idea of how it tasted..so it was an uphill task for the parents..but nowadays i just ignore the smell and just take it

I give fish oil capsules to my son just as a top up, the brand I buy him are called 'Brain Boosters' and he enjoys to take them and they aid concentration. They are an omega 3 supplement and he also eats oily fish as well. He can pop one before school and believe he is boosting his brain.

I have never taken fish oil capsules, but my parents gave us Cod Liver Oil. It tasted horrible. I got beatings practically everyday to swallow it. Now, I am older and I think back to those days. I think Cod Liver Oil was awesome. I hardly got sick back then.

yup, actually i bought bottle of kirkland signature fish oil omega3, as part of my regiment i need 10% healthy fats to my diet so i take fish oil with omega3 or sometimes 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or flax seed oil..what i love with fish oil in softgel is they are easily to take espl. when you are in a hurry, and they are very healty to because it help our immume system, maintain healthy heart and kidney, balance my mood and sense of well being and gives me strenght and stamina during my workout..

Hello Binthu. When I was a small kid, my father used to give me fish oil capsules to take before lunch and supper. I was used to taking it, but later as I grew up older, I stopped taking it any more. I forgot about the exact age when I stopped it. Though I have stopped taking it, I still think that it is good for our health. Maybe I will take it again some day as I am getting aged and may need it again. lol
