Chrisandro (38) | 5 months ago | i guess this will help you a lot, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insomnia. for you to really have a good night sleep is to take a good warm bath before going to sleep. also, you should clear things in your bed room that may alter your sleeping pattern. never drink a cup of coffee/tea, softdrinks before you sleep cause it doesn't adi you in sleeping and it causes you to keep going to the comfort room. and another thing that is very much of help is regular exercise that will keep the circulating blood in your body good, especially to the brain.

But the medication I was on was causing me to have very deep dreams so there was no chance of me waking up. It also caused me to have very vivid nightmares. I am glad I am not taking that medication anymore.
