Hi,
Is one of the reason why a person is having insomnia is due to the occurrence of repeated nightmares he/she is having every night? How to deal with it, the nightmares?

I am not sure how they can get rid of the nightmares. Alot of people have insomnia just because they just cannot go to sleep. their body is tired but their eyes are wide awake. They just cannot go to sleep.

you to really have a good night sleep is to take a good warm bath before going to sleep. also, you should clear things in your bed room that may alter your sleeping pattern. never drink a cup of coffee/tea, softdrinks before you sleep cause it doesn't adi you in sleeping and it causes you to keep going to the comfort room. and another thing that is very much of help is regular exercise that will keep the circulating blood in your body good, especially to the brain.

When I was getting horrible nightmares I wish I had had insomnia! But the medication I was on was causing me to have very deep dreams so there was no chance of me waking up. It also caused me to have very vivid nightmares. I am glad I am not taking that medication anymore.

i really don't know much about it but i think people get insomnia because they aren't doing any tiring jobs. So i suggest that you exercise your body and pray before sleeping. I think that'll help!:)
