Yes that is true I hope that all the countries in the world has followed the same rule to prohibiting the class teacher to beat any students in the class room.

But in the early stage of the school life ( before 25 years ) there is no such a rule and the teachers are beating the students in the class room when they discovered that student is not listening the class properly.

Yes I hope that all countries throughout the world pick this up, beating doesn't solve anything and while I can understand that teacher's get frustrated at their pupils, they do need to practice restraint and challenge their frustration into helping the children.

Yes you are right most of the countries now followed the rules similar to USA
If the students are not listening the class properly or did any mistakes then they will forward to Principal to tack some action including fines, or removal of wards from the school.

It was once upon times the teachers are has rights to beat students
but now students are beat teachers. So better to teach good discipline
to our kids to improve the relation between the class teacher and
the students.

Well, I am a female and not a male..so call me a girl instead of a boy!! It will really soothe to my personality..:-).

Amm, I was really a good girl when I was a kid. I always listen to my teachers and give attention to my studies. I always stood first in my class. Well, You can say I was a very studious students in the school and also in the college. I know you won't believe it but this is true.

Absolutely you are true, we used to gets beating from our class teacher
to improve the grade in the subjects. Apart from that when we are going to
punish it also helps us to learn more things which is very important in our
life to improve the carrier. So many of our students are beaten by class
teacher due to many reasons, but all are good for their future. We have to
thanks to our teacher as well as our parents.
