Many peoples are skipped their breakfast due to their busy work in the morning . Did you take the breakfast regularly or may you skipped?

1. casinocat (188) | 6 months ago | I never used to eat breakfast on workdays. I had this crazy idea that I "just wasn't awake enough" to eat. I'd just guzzle coffee all morning, unless I was lucky enough to attend a meeting where bagels or doughnuts were being served. Needless to say, that coffee always took a long time to wake me up. A couple years ago, I started eating a small breakfast every day - just a small bowl of cereal or oatmeal usually. And guess what?! I'm feeling more awake and alert. Just like everyone always told us over the years! Now I just can't get going without breakfast.

Yes you are right. Most of the peoples never used to eat breakfast due to many reasons. But always be advisable to have a breakfast to avoid the stomach ulcer.

3. amanbhatheja676 (137) | 6 months ago | I never used to take my breakfast regularly.In real,i never used to have it.But the day i got to know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day,i changed my habbit.And also if one wants to be slim,he/she should take a rite and a lite breakfast.....And now i never skip my breakfast.

Even when i'm angry at someone i don't bother to show the anger on the food. It is just that i feel I'm missing some major task of the day and not because i'm a glutton.
