I am starting to be confused by your words, "tall but not tall". There must be something wrong in that. I don't know if there is a missing word or words but I think that it has a meaning - a deeper meaning. If they say tall but not tall, it might mean that the child is tall physically but not tall enough to know about life in general. What a wonderful lesson today!

yes..discriptions like those normaly annoys me..like it was this thick but not that thick or is straight but not that straight or he was light skinned but not that light? that annoys me and i never respond to such kind of attarences..

Sounds like a good opportunity to sell a pair of shorts. If the kid ends up being really short, they'd be long pants...lol.

Hahaha why not tell the exact height but honestly i do sometimes say, short but not short, tall but not tall, much but not much lolz and my hubby get's annoys anytime when i say it.:P

hmm, isn't that mean like in the middle? moderation. Sometimes i do talk like that especially when it hard for me to explain something. Not good, right? Sometimes I beleive it has become a habit, and apparently not many people can accept it.
