Nasal Irrigation since I have a cold for 3 days now but what I used is just a table salt (used in cooking but not iodized salt), boiling water. I just put a quarter of salt using tablespoon and the boiling water, dissolve it then put a bit of plain water from the faucet to make it luke warm.. then I did the nasal irrigation..
Now, did I made it correctly or not?

| |  I don't know if you did it correct or not but did it work? I have always wanted to try it when my kids were younger because the doctors said it works better than those saline solutions you buy for their nose.

| |  Very similar to the instructions that my client was given for nasal irrigation. Use boiled or distilled water. In a quart of water use 2 teaspoons non iodized salt and 1 teaspoon baking soda or sodium bicarbonate. Using a nasal irrigation bottle, rinse each nostril with 2 oz of mixture. Repeat morning and evening. This is much better than all the medications that you can put inside your whole body. It clears out the passages, keeps you from getting worse infections and it toughens up the capillaries so that you do not get nose bleeds.
