Generally gaining weights are depends upon many factors it is not related only to increase the amount of foods. I am advising you to take high calories foods like Meat, Chicken, Beef, Egg, at least 4 or 5 times in a week . Drinks lots of amino acid drink or proteins drink ( which is only available in the Gym Center ) everyday and eat lots of fruits. You have to purchase Protein Powder or Amino Acid 1500 ( also available only in the gym center ) and mixed with Milk , drink 3 times daily.
