I've been so greedy but I don't know Why I don't gain weight and get fat. Do you know what vitamin should I take?

Vitamines don't contribute to weight gaining. Things such as a higher carbohydrate and fat intake is what makes you gain weight. I would like to know the reason and your height and weight before I will help you any further, since gaining weight might result in health complications and I don't feel like getting sued. rolleyes

my height is 5'11" and wieght is 50kg (or lb, I forgot the unit) I'm underweight hehe.. So what can you prescribe? hehe (doctor?)

Many multivitamins out there that increase your appetite and thus helping you to eat more. In addition, you can gain weight in eating more carbohydrates in your diet. But please don't get so much weight, though. It would be good for your health. Aim for the right Body Mass Index for your age and height. A simple online search can give you a lot of information about this.

Are you serious of gaining weight? then go to gym and you will be trained there on how to add lean on your body. I am sure they will give you the right dosage of protein intake plus all those supplements your body needs in order to gain weight.

I also like to gain weight but then I don't have time to go to gym here. Anyway, what I do is to eat plenty, exercise and then take multivitamins that will help me attain the weight. But so far, it is still in vain since my metabolism is fast and my body burns fat so easily.

I also like my hubby to gain weight since he is too think for me. But he does not have time also to go to gym or do strenuous activities because he works at a call center where time schedule is not fix. For now, i just give him multi vitamins and encourage him to eat more, but the man is too lazy. He sleeps more than to eat moreangry

Appreciating your willing to get some extra weight on your body.
We will discuss in details.

Generally gaining weights are depends upon many factors it is not related only to increase the amount of foods. I am advising you to take high calories foods like Meat, Chicken, Beef, Egg, at least 4 or 5 times in a week . Drinks lots of amino acid drink or proteins drink ( which is only available in the Gym Center )
everyday and eat lots of fruits.

You have to purchase Protein Powder or Amino Acid 1500 ( also available only in the gym center ) and mixed with Milk , drink 3 times daily. If you follows this mentioned foods and Proteins I am sure you will gain your expected body weight within maximum of 2 to 3 weeks.

Wow.. What a nice answer is this one! I hope this one will work on me. Though I am more of a vegetarian! Will I get fat without taking fats? I mean, I need to get that right body!...

You cant put weight by taking vitamins alone.such a vitamin is yet to be found.you can put on weight by taking a balanced diet and exercising regularly.Sometimes becoming fat depends on heredity.if your mother or father are thin by nature ,may be you have inherited their genes.If you come to know about such a vitamin,please let me know because i am too craving to put on weight.
