This is also good for women your age, as they help reduce risks of common illnesses that go with age. I am overweight at 42, and I do aerobics at home at least 3x a week, I do this after office and before going to bed. I haven't tried diet supplements, but I did try slimming tea which didn't work for me. I'm scared of diet pills although there are times when I'm tempted to have them. I am still contemplating.
