Can anyone teach me how Focal Price works?

I just joined Focal Price, but I still cannot figure out how can I make money from it. I tried submitting my review, but it didn't show up. They say it will take 24 hours, it's already days. I submitted again today, I am not sure it will appear tomorrow. Is any other member of Focal Price here, who can teach me what do I need to do here and which part that I miss? Thanks in advance
