Do you feel safer staying at home?

I am a homebody. Yeas I prefer to stay at home than go out. I am very grateful that jobs are available online now. I even shopped online and pay bills online. It is more safe inside the house than any other place.

I think no one of us can stop our own death to arrive it just comes when it has to be.We cant play a hide and seek with it and then be happy that we have fooled death, we cant do it.It comes when it has to.I am really soory when i read about the airbus crash, but death is an uninvited guest.

Life is full of uncertainties.So safety can never be foregranted.I foreone am a believer in destiny.I believe that if something is going to happen to you,it will happen to you regardless of where you are.You may be safe abroad and unsafe at home.So i never postpone my travels because of any sort of fear.

well everybody says, home sweet home. every parent believe home is the safest place to be at night. I don't really agree with that. Yes home is sweet home cause you can undress and free your clothes and be in the condition your desire most. Home is a safe place but not 100% safe. Why I saw this article that a kid shot his friend at his friend house with the friend,s father own gun. So where is the safety here. I have seen thieves robbing and killing people in their own house. So how is it safe. There is not no place safe from death. If death is coming you cant hide it from anywhere. You cant be safe even in your home. So if you are on the list of god, you can never put off any of your plans as that is all preplanned by god himself.

I think i would be safer staying at home.Yes the airbus accident is really horrifying.Earthquakes are also a cause of house collapses for people staying at home.Even accidents happen at the railways.But if i am in any situation i always think its God's plan for those things to pass in my life.I don't have any fear right now,but when disaster starts fear is bound to come in me.

Hm, I don't think I responded to this already, but I'm too lazy to check all 10 pages and see.

Anyway, I don't worry about such things when I travel... (much) And I don't put traveling off because I've heard of an accident.

Have you heard of Isaac Asimov, the famous Science Fiction writer? You would assume that a man who wrote about spacships and robots and so on would love modern conveniences, such as flying. Nope, no way could you get him into an airplane. People would argue with him that you are much more likely to get in a car or train accident than a plane accident and he would respond that, yes, that was true, but if you WERE in a plane accident, you were much more likely to be dead.

But if I want to go someplace, I GO. Heck, I could die of a heart attack tomorrow and at least I can say I saw Rome, Hawaii, the Galapagos, the Grand Canyon, etc.

I think i feel saverin my house than outside my house.I feel calm and happy when i stay at home.

Hi Mysdianait... It's awful for things like this to happen, for sure. As for feeling safe at home. Yes I do, but that is only relevant to there having been nothing bad to happen here. If there were something bad to happen, my feeling of being safe would change dramatically.

Yes, for me there is no place safer but home. But there are things we don't have control of, I had known some bad people who massacred people and they were on their home. Planes or car crashes at home. Even at home it is not safe. But being literal we feel safer at home because that is our sacred place. We live there, it is our. We grew up thinking how is our safer place.

I myself am scared a little but not a whole lot. SO far in my life I have not been able to travel as I have wished but I plan to start doing some traveling in the next 6 months or so. Would I let things of this nature bother me, No. The reason I say that is everything happens for a reason and my hope is that I and anyone with me at the time would be safe reguardless of what is happening aroudn us.
