Do you feel safer staying at home?

Anything can happen anywhere.So,I don't think it is safe to be at home even.One can die of heart attacks or just falling down from a high building.Accidents can happen at any place.The risk of death starts already when we are born.There are people who survive even after bitten by snakes and there are people who died running over a thorn.So,we have to be brave enough to roam in this world.That is considered living.Cheers!

I think things can happen right in your own to make it unsafe so any where at any given moment something can happen accidents can happen any where.

Well don't know why but i strongly believe in destiny..........i believe what has to happen will happen anyways......some people say don't ride bikes or cars as you can meet with an accident and hence death or injury......but what about those pedestrians who are killed while they are just walking by some drunken driver.....was it his fault that he was walking on the side walk? absolutely not......I believe i will die when i have to, it all destined, so i don't think that i can survive longer if i confine myself at home......as you rightly say the natures fury can kill me anytime, i have know about people who were so healthy but died just because of one hiccup.......I leave myself into the hands of god and he know the rest he can take me anytime he wants to.......

Just this morning I heard on the news that a car plowed into the backyard of a house here in Perth, missed a bedroom that had two sleeping children in it and ended up in the swimming pool! I guess home is not always the safe haven we think it is.

I suppose if getting injured or killed is in your destiny at a particular time and place it would probably not matter whether you are in or out of the house or flying in the air!

It is a sad shame about the airbus accident...

For me, my home is the safest place to live in. But sometimes because of some accidents even those at home were at risk like what happened. There are times even if you have all the safest work and garments for protection you are still at risk. I just pray that me and my family will always be safe.

I love staying home. I am a home buddy person. I don't go out for mall strolls or travel from places to places. Oh I hate traveling hehe and other than my usual trip to the grocery every 2 weeks and a trip to my hometown once a month, that's just about it.

Yeah, I do feel safer at home. For me there's no place like home. If I am home I believe I am away from accidents on the street and from bad people. But though I know my house is the safest place I still take extra precaution inside the house. I lock doors and gates so no stranger can enter my home. I always check on the electricity cause something might just flare up inside the house. With regards to natural disasters like earthquakes, well there's nothing I can do about it but just to stay under a sturdy table.

I don't put off any traveling schedules just because I'm being too careful or fear of accidents. Unless there's a change of schedule or I got lazy to travel the schedule will push through. Prayers keep me safe!

Even being just at home is not safe anymore... Anywhere you go,there could be an accident or some people may do harm to you.
I say even being at home is not safe anymore because my sister was killed at our very home. A thief thought that nobody was home at that time but my sister saw him. What he did was he came back and killed her. Our home is far from neighbors, she was not able to get help.

Generally, I feel safer staying home. Being around familiar surroundings is a lot of better than being around strange places. However, staying at home is not really as safe as most of us would want to believe. A lot of people met accidents at home too.

No Mis Diana..i won't stay home with that fear...if you have to face an accident, you can face it even when you are sitting at home, if at all and have some problems, may it be financial or anything other than it...i may take this as excuse....but in no way...i wont stop myself, just for the fera, yes...some precautions u have take to avoid yourself puttign yourself in the mouth of death...like if somewhere the weather is bad, you should avoid going there, or if there is some epidemic spread, or some terrorist activities going on somewhere, then you can choose another place....but if everything is normal...just book your tickets....and enjoy life...

You have a very valid point to make. I agree with you that mishap could take place anywhere, even if we are at home. For example some of the persons get slipped in their bathroom while bathing and their bones gets fractured. In this fast and unpredictable world, it is difficult to foretell what is going to happen the next moment. Dangers, perils and uncertainities are always there. I would not like to put off my travelling plan for fear of facing any mishap.
