Besides changing your diet, try exercising three times a week for twenty mintutes a day. Walking, swimming, jogging, or playing sports are excellent ways of strengthening the heart muscle. If you live in a hot climate, do the exercise late in the day or early in the morning when the sun is not at its peak index. Remember when exercising, to drink plenty of water to awoid dehydration. It's never too late to take care of yourself...You and your heart deserve that!
