It is because, you could have requested payout. Since your credits are converted

into equal amount of money, the rest which are not converted remain as credits.

i have also requested payout and i think when it gets credited into my paypal

account, i will continue to use the site.

I received one payment from trekpay of $7.39, and now I have $3.36 in my account, and I hope to make payout this next week too. No one knows how the credis are converted, but I don't worry about it, as long as they pay, and they most certainly do. I was so happy when I got it too, as I wasn't sure whether they would pay or not. I am certainly going to stay with them as they are the best site as far as ptc sites go. If the credits have decreased they are probably converted into money, try to search on the account tab, there you should be able to see the money you have. All the credits are not converted into cash though, only a part of them, the other part remain as credits until next conversion.

Well, if your credits have decrease, most likely it was converted into cash already. Another possibility is that you may have some deductions due to violations of rules. But to get a clearer picture, I suggest that you contact admin. Obviously, there is always a reason for such situation.
