Are you in a habit of watching television before you go to sleep?

i love to watch TV while sleeping, and sometimes i dont know when i will sleep, leaving the TV in the on mode only.

I get home from work at 11pm, and I usually watch Conan O'Brien or an episode of Law and Order SVU, and than lay down. But when I am laying down, I typically read a book. I love to read before bed. I feel like reading before bed makes it easier for me to fall asleep.

Hello karanbm, I watch the same thing every night before I turn off the lights. I want a restful sleep with nothing to make me feel angry. I watch comedy re-runs to keep me in a good mood. I kept the television out of my bedroom for years but finally gave in and bought one for an extra television in my home.

i have a habit watching television before going to sleep,like korean novela, tagalog love story, news, music show and even funny movie on dvd, because most of great show are always in night, it makes me fell asleep and relax, so that i have a great sleep and good morning if i wake up,and i never forgot to turn off the television if i fell asleep.

I love to watch Seinfeld before going to bed. It's at a good time here where I live, it's on at 10pm, and 10:30pm. It kind of sucks though because lately I've been working late and going to bed later so I just miss it. If that's the case, then I usually watch Friends, Family Guy, or George Lopez instead.

Yes, I do watch television even just before going to sleep. It relaxes me from the day's work, especially if the movie is a funny one. It has been my habit to watch tv before sleeping because it helps in putting me to sleep.:)

i like watching tv before i go to sleep too. Usually my last program is evening news. So I can know what happened in the world before i go to sleep.

I also try not watch tv too much and too late. If i watch tv over 11 pm sometimes I feel difficult to get up in next day. Also I found my work will be badly affected.

Not only do I watch t.v. before bed, I have it on As I go to sleep. I love to lie in bed and watch a good film. Most of the time I fall asleep before the end.
