Take it easy policy  | |  When somebody shouts on you in front of everybody, most of us tend to be hurt and feel sad all the day. After 10 years of slogging, I found that feeling sad makes things worse by reducing your self confidence. So,I opted for "Take it easy policy" which states that you should take whatever comes in your stride. You should make your surroundings happier to be yourself happy.
Today in my office, I was blasted by my superior for a security lapse. I take care of Applications and we have a strict security policy around as the projects we undertake tend to fall in highly sensitive. But one day I eased out and gave full permission to the guy whom it should not be given. I accepted my fault but I thought I should be let off by giving a lite warning. Anyway, I regained my happy demeanour after 14 minutes as usual and started having a blast.
