I have leg cramps at night or just when I wake up in the morning. I don´t do much exersise except home cleaning up. I eat my bananas, but I think it´s old age too. wink

You might try increasing your calcium and potassium intake. Sometimes leg cramps are caused by a defficiency in those areas. Calcium is in a lot of milk products and also in brocoli and real green veggies! I eat a lot of bananas (at least one a day) and also potatoes. I have recently started running and have not had any trouble with leg cramps to date!

Yes absolutely, calcium and potassium are very important to avoid
this leg cramps. Normally peoples those who are suffering with leg
cramps will advise to take banana daily.

cramps cab be very painful for sometime, i had some when i was jogging... the important thing is to properly warm up before you start to jog, and then after the jog, properly stretch your legs and thighs... that way you can avoid many crampsthumbup

YES you are right, Warm up and stretch will always help to reduce the cramps
and apart from that we have to increase our intake of calcium and potassium
level to cure this cramps problems.
