 hi there
i have a couple of friends/ acquaintances whom i know that have known for many a year that for what ever reason my guess is that they are in love....
i know of some-one that has forgiven their partner even thou they have done the deed with some under age person & still forgave the partner.
the other hasn't forgiven after almost been stabbed etc by the partner....
if you are/ were in love with some-one could you forgive no matter what the other has done?
i know i certainly couldn't myself.

If you mean forgive and go on with your life without the one who betrayed you in what ever fashion, yes. Just because you forgive a person doesn't mean that they can stay in your life and everything can be the way it was before. It means that you can let it go and it won't gnaw at you for the rest of your life.
