It depends on the article or blog post. If the premise or the author's argument interests me enough then I'd still browse through the comments - you'll never know what you're gonna read next. Comments posts are akin to conversations or much like a mini-forum; it makes way for good communication and sharing of ideas, extending the scope of the article from its original intent.

Also, do you know that there are some people who, rather than create their own blogs, are known as career commenters? Expect a distinct and comprehensive comment from these people.

Hi. I do read comments on a discussions. I think that by replying to comments you can get a great conversation of sorts going. I have seen in one discussion that on one comment there were over 10 replies to that one comment. It makes things interesting.

I do more reading then commenting thats why my number havent move up lol this is my problem though I read more than I comment sometimes
I just cant relate to the discussion thats why I choose not to comment on them ...well it really depends I mean if I like the comment then I would have to post also comment to that comment then make my own as well.
