Dr. Orly Taitz: Why Barack Obama Should Not Be President

Actually it does not matter if McCain was not much of a Republican, but that Obama is legally the president of the United States. If McCain was proven that he was not born in the States or an American born citizen, then he would be disqualified as well. And remember for the Democrats, there was Hillary Clinton, a legally natural born American citizen and there were probably others just as good. So stop muddying the waters insinuating that because McCain was not that good, America deserves Obama.

I agree McCain was farther to the left than I am comfortable with. I voted for him because I thought he was the best of the choices we were offered and had hoped that with Sarah Palin as vp, the administration could have been more focused on conservative values. However, Obama's eligibility must still be scritinized and acted upon if it is not legitimate. That's the real issue here.

"When they COULD NOT find anything in his remarkable past to use against him....they so colorfully CREATED and campaigned lies against him." What lies? Name 3 of them.

Piece of cake. 1. "He is a muslim." They used this tactic to promote fear among the American people, that he is somehow tied to muslim extremists. 2. "He is affiliated with Bill Ayers"....hmmmm lets do the math on that one. How old would have President Barack Obama been when he was alledgedly toiling around with Mr. Ayres?.....HE WAS A CHILD! and 3. "He is not an American Citizen." The biggest most ridiculous LIE of them all. President Barack Obama has been investigated up and down by every investigative agency in these United States. I am positive those investigations also being done while he was Senator in Illonois. For the Presidential race, those investigations done, done again and re-done to ensure President Barack Obama was indeed the person he said he was. To suggest anything different, suggests an even deeper mistrust on your part for the investigative agencies serving these United States..... I could go on about the lies....4. "He is a socialist" Were you calling ol' Bush a socialist when he was lying about the very reason why we went to war on another nation? Were you calling him a socialist when he tried to win over the affections of the United States after his fradulently won election in 2000 with the original Stimulus plan? Were you calling him a socualist when he ever so kindly handed out $700 Billion dollars to greedy banks and corporations like AIG; who lined their executives pockets with millions of dollars, took lavish trips...."conferences" at the taxpayers expense....You and I and our children will be paying for those big bank bailouts. If each of you stopped trying to promote these lies and actually did something to try to improve your communities; you would be doing a real service! President Barack Obama is an outstanding leader. He is changing the way the world thinks about politics and I am thankful that I live in a country that he is leading. President Barack Obama 2012! :)

Actually on the note of his being checked into when running for Senate for his natural born citizenship, that would NOT have been done then because there is no requirement to become a senator for you to be a Natural Born citizen to become a congressman. It only applies to the office of Presidency! So no they would not have looked into this when he ran for Senate, as it was not a requirement! The same argument was made by the dem's against John McCain about the legitamcy of his natural born citizenship and was found to be a complete lie. However there is one key difference McCain showed a legitimate birth certificate and not a piece of paper which by hawain law says anyone who is a RESIDENT, not a natural born citizen, may obtain. Residency just means you live in that particular place not that you were born there! There is a very simple solution to Obama's problems. Produce the full copy of his birth certifcate and squash the rumors immediately! It is not a matter of I don't like Obama or not... It is not a matter of black vs white or purple or green or whatever color you are or want to be! It is a basic matter of whether or not he is LEGALLY authorized to be our President! If he produces this document and not the Certificate of Live Birth which as was stated can be obtained by a resident of Hawaii or with a affadvit by any ONE member of a family, Obama's troubles would go away! I think as our President he is serving us, the ones who elected him into office and he should willing produce the fully document! I don't want to see all the details just the ones that prove he is a citizen because I am tired of hearing the debate and I honestly wish it were over! No I didn't vote for Obama and I WILL NOT in the next election either however I accept he was voted in and take heart that in 4- 8 years a new butthole that no one likes will; be elected!

I agree. The candidate I voted for in the last election was the one I felt was the lesser of two evils.

Thanks for some encouraging words. I am also looking toward the 2010 elections hopeful that some seats in Congress will change and tip the balance of power toward conservative values.
