Yes, you can give a space for rent on your blog or website. This is like allowing people put their ads on our site. But, to do that, you must:-
1. Use your own domain.
Usually free domain don't allowed user to place an ads on their site. People or company also have a little (or not at all) interest on putting their ads on free site.
2. Have a traffic.
If your site can generate a lot of traffic, you have a very high chance that people put their ads on your site. Otherwise, just forget it. No one will put ads where nobody can see it.
