|  What's your favorite Tom Petty song?
I'm a little out of inspiration for discussions lately..So this is kind of a lame one. But when I drove out of town last weekend, I was stuck listening to the classic rock channels for 8 hours - and I decided that "Refugee" is probably my favorite.

| | LOL, well I only consider it classic rock because they play it on the classic rock channel. Please ask them about it, not me. lol. I grew up with this kind of music, so I definitely don't think it's that old. | | | |

| | maezee...my 27 year old daughter knows the words to classic rock song better than I do..lol. She evens listens, once in awhile, to the 60's type songs. lol

| | LOL well I do enjoy classic rock, but like everything - it's good in moderation. Not continuous amounts of it. It was pretty much either classic rock or country (or silence), and we chose the classic rock. It's just that Tom Petty, Neil Young, and the Eagles one after another get pretty old..And fast! | |  I grew up listening to Tom Petty and other artists such as The traveling Wilbury's and a lot more "classic" rock.
I would have to say that I like a lot of Tom Petty, but the one that hits home is the one that goes, "Let's get to the point,lets roll another joint---you don't know how it feels..."
That is a good song, it really "hits home". haha
