Choco milk

That worked for my nephew but not for my son. My son doesn't like chocolate at all. Good thing that he's not really a picky eater so what he eat makes up for the nutrition that he should be getting from milk. My nephew love it alot though. He drinks cold chocolate milk twice a day and it's great since he needs to put on some weight.

There are better ways for kids to get their calcium than from milk. Spinach has 24% of the daily requirements and milk had 29% but you also get all the antibiotics that a cow is given. Milk has been seen as the cause of things like asmtha in children. The human animal is the only one that continues to drink milk after being weaned from the bottle or brea$t. I think that's strange.

I myself LOVE milk. No matter what flavor as long as it is Vitamin D. I can't stand skim or 2%. I've tried to drink these because of how fatty Vitamin D milk is but I just can't bring myself to do it! I actually even had a glass of cold chocolate milk last night with dinner. I am 34 weeks pregnant and crave milk. I go through a gallon of milk in 2 1/2 days all by myself;)...My calcium is one thing my OB has NEVER been worried about since day one of finding out I was pregnant!

Good luck with your kids getting milk, remember theres not just chocolate out there, there's also strawberry and malt;)

My youngest daughter doesnt like the taste of milk so the doctor recommended that we flavor it with chocolate. Well she is still doing it all the time. Its a bad habbit now. I can go through a half gallon of chocolate milk with her in one day.
