Tea or Coffee and how many cups a day?

Hello, it's quite amazing that you drank 15 cups of tea. For me I will control myself to take only one cup of coffee every day (which is early in the morning), but usually I will take 3-4 cups of teas every night after my meal. I like green tea because it helps in digestion.

well speaking for coffee drinking more than four cups increases the risk of heart diseases & stroke. So u should not drink so much of coffee.

I have some problem with coffee and so I can't drink it!
I drink some tea sometimes and I prefer to drink it in the cold version, expecially now, that is summer...
But I can't say to you the number of cups, because I drink it not so often...

hi NATASIAMOG I too drink loads of tea but black tea with lemon,salt and pepper, when ever i feel like tired. But it wont go above six or seven cups . I dont like to take coffee every day as it causes acidity . but inspite of it i always think of keep myself healthy as it contains caffine, so now i hv started to make it less to drink hot i made myself for cold iced lemon tea.

I drink both, but I prefer tea much. Earlier I used to drink tea much when i was with my parents. Now not much, I drink twice a day regardless of tea or coffee.
