I hate people who ape accent..........

Today, I met an Quality Analyst whose duty is to monitor Voice calls and give feedback to the agents. She got used to the Voice calls which are riddled with US Accent so much that she started speaking her mother tongue in English twang. If it sounds natural, it is OK. But I and other people will get really irritated by her so called Accent even while speaking to Security personnel or House keeping guys. Poor guys who know little english have to ask her to rephrase the sentence in local lingo or speak in a normal way. I have seen so many people like her whose aim is to attract the attention of other people or to show off that they are very intelligent. Unfortunately, still this stigma holds good in India.
