What Can Pain Bring To You??

You're right. We can never avoid pain. It is an integral part of our life. I handle pain through crying. Yes, I let out my feelings and let my grief out. After I get tired and when it seems that my tears have dried up, I rest. When my nerves and my mind is calmed, I contemplate. I evaluate. I ask myself what exactly happened and why it happened and what I can do about it. If I can do something about it, I will. If not, there's nothing left to do but just let it be. Through this, I get strength by surrounding myself with my family and friends. The people who love me that make me realize that there is more to life than pain. And that even when there is pain, there is always hope that tomorrow will be a better day and from these pain that we experience, the best result is that we learn.

pain can bring you a lot of bad things it can bring depression which is probally the second worse thing that pain can give you the worse I would say is death. Which if you get depressed and dont want to live then you could kill yourself like somepeople end up doing which is very sad.

I think for me, if I suffer from some pain, it will force me to become more mature and think more about myself and my life, it could make me calm down. Although I do not like pain, I think it teach me a lot of things.
