I am 17 years and 7 months and my height concern me. I am 1,77m, 5.9 inch I think. I want grow up 5 or if I can 10 cm. Could you help me. Do you know a product which it could makes my glandes to product more grow hormons . Or if you know something that can develop your body. Thanks

I think a human's growth will come to an end between the age 18 to 21.So if you want to grow some more you can try it now itself.I won't suggest any medicines but ask you to practice some body stretching exercise and gymnastics.Also you can try playing basket ball.These things will help you better not only to grow but also in getting a nice structure too.Cheers!

hi! it think at 17 yrs you're quite blessed with height already. I know that humans continue to grow up to the age of 22-25. You can enhance your growth rate by doing a lot stretches. But if you want to take something, you can try Cherifer for teenagers. I know that because i often see it on TV. Try one small product first, if you see results then go ahead and continue it, otherwise you may just do a lot of body stretching activities or ride a bicycle with elevated seat that stretches your legs to their maximum length everytime you spin the pedals.

Have a good sleep.

Getting a full night's sleep each and every night is one of the things that you must do if you want to grow taller.
Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night and take whatever steps you need to ensure that your sleep is uninterrupted as much as you can.

You should also know that the first 2 hours of sleep are when the most growth hormone is released into your system from your pituitary gland. If you will not sleep enough that can lower the amount of growth hormone your body produces, which is very bad for you.

Eating the right foods

It's very important to eat foods that are rich in proteins.
Some examples are:
milk, fish, eggs, and lean meat are all forms of good protein.

Be aware that the biggest threats to your growth are caffeine, junk food and refined sugar.

Different exercises

There are some very useful exercises for growing taller. Swimming for example is really great.
