How can I grow up  | | I am 17 years and 7 months and my height concern me. I am 1,77m, 5.9 inch I think. I want grow up 5 or if I can 10 cm. Could you help me. You can enhance your growth rate by doing a lot stretches. But if you want to take something, you can try Cherifer for teenagers. I know that because i often see it on TV.
