Radio talk shows, television programming, newspapers - even a liberal talk show host in New York and talk format icon Lou Dobbs - have begun taking note of the story long reported by World Net Daily over the doubts about and challenges to President Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval office.
Lynn Samuels, longtime New York radio talker, even accused Obama of lying about his birth certificate.
WND has been reporting – many times in solo fashion – on the issues that have been raised by multiple lawsuits contending that Obama does not qualify under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that the president be a "natural born" citizen.
But now word is spreading, prompted by the case brought this week by an Army major scheduled for deployment to Afghanistan.
In that case, which was dismissed today by a judge in Georgia, a reserve officer explained he had a right to question his deployment orders and know that the commander-in-chief is legitimate, or he would be exposing himself and any soldiers under him to extreme danger in overseas combat situations.
Maj. Stefan Cook's case was dismissed by the judge who noted the Pentagon had revoked the officer's deployment orders, apparently resolving the dispute. The officer's civilian employer also reported being pressured by the government to fire the officer.

| |  kennyrose hi! First I must state here that I am not American. But the way I see it, President Obama would not have been a candidate for the oval office had he been not eligible to be so. Fraudulent papers could be easily checked now. And concealing the truth is not easy to do especially if one is running for the highest office in the land. Everything about the candidate is divulged, including how he breathes. The way the world sees it President Obama is your duly elected president. He is a working president trying to be as real as his constituents could be. He queues the line in fastfood. He pitches a baseball. He smashes a fly like what everyone would probably do. He looks into health care. He checks the troops. What else could we ask of a president. He isn't just gallivanting, is he? Give him time. Your country needs a lot of help right now. Criticize him later on, only when he fails. I hope and pray it would not come to that.

| |  All i can say is that this is a "CLASS ACT" design to fool the citizens. Anything can happen in politics, if you read 48 laws of power, you 'll see that Obama can be the one behind this eligibility case. First, soldiers won't go to iraq because he didn't prove his citizenship. Two, his haters won't see or even care about flaws in his policies, because they are hoping and believing that he is not eligible. Well done Obama, the greatest class act organizer.

ART. 94. MUTINY OR SEDITION
(a) Any person subject to this chapter who--
(1) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny;
(2) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition;
(3) fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all reasonable means to inform his superior commissioned officer or commanding officer of a mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reason to believe is taking place, is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition.
(b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
