LiAXaZu (133) | 5 months ago | well in terms of health benefits, there are a lot. i used to have asthma attacks frequently when i was 8 years old and our family doctor suggested that i take up swimming. i swam competitively until sixth grade but up until now, i have never had an asthma attack as serious as before. i haven't even used my inhaler for a long time. swimming is a great exercise since it uses up almost all of your muscles and it also helps you breath properly. if you're not swimming competitively, swimming helps in relaxing your muscles and breathing.

It is one of the most challenging sports to ever compete in. Your physical and mental limits are exceeded by an enormous amount if you are dedicated. It takes the drive, the skill, and the heart to be good at swimming.
