Vitamin B6 is one of the important Vitamin and also it is called Pyridoxin
and it is water soluble , and mainly used for the treatment of heart related
problems, and used in the formation of hemoglobin. If this vitamins
is less in our body it can create many problems likes crack in the
corner of the mouth, Tingling hands, and inflammation in the Tongue . Do
you know the source / foods contains Vitamin B6???

WELL wordedhappyas you have mentioned that many more natural foods would have contains the high source of the vitamins and minerals and particularly of the Vitamin B6 as you have been known that the real importance of this vitamins to our day to day life and to manage the good health with strong immunity and to avoid the infection and diseases toowub. Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin. The human body cannot store them for long time. Leftover amounts of the vitamin leave the body through the urine. This means one needs a continuous supply of such vitamins in your diet.

Vitamin B6 helps maintain normal nerve function and it help in formation of red blood cells.
Vitamin B6 helps the immune system to produce antibodies.

Vitamin B6 can be found in cereals, fortified breads, whole grains, fish, meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, and beans.

It has some side effects too. Large doses of B6 can cause numbness or neurological disorders.
Deficiency of vitamin B6 causes mouth and tongue sores, confusion, depression and irritability.

So having the Vitamin B6 is so important and much helpful to avoid the unwanted side effects, and was the main reasons that we should has the responsibility to ear more foods which contains natural Vitamin B6, as you have mentioned that Vitamin B6 is belong to the B-Complex, and it is called water soluble vitamins and can not possible to store in our body system, so the excess amount of the Vitamin B6 would be excreted through the Urine.
