I never been attacked by anyone since I joined mylot. I always avoid any confrontation except when I talk about football/soccer. I also try to avoid discussion that lead to confrontation. But sometime we just can't avoid it. In that case I try to control my emotion so I can think clearly and wisely.

Since you have been attacked, the best way is try not to make any contact with this person anymore. Just don't respond to his/her discussion or if he/she give a response to yours just ignore it.

I think there is no one can attack myLot reputation system. yeah,..I even read about that in crash discussion. But, i do not know exactly what will happen because i am stay not long ago in here.

I still don't really understand how these people derive pleasure from messing with others that really haven't done anything. I mean, I CAN see why I have problems with them at times; I do get pretty blunt and to the point, and tell them exactly what I think of them. But when someone makes a comment such as you did, and they start spouting how your star will go down...I just don't understand.

When you ask a question like that, it gives them the attention that they are so despert to get. Once they see your reply it is another one they can harass. They have no lives but to sit on here and down people's stars. Make rude comments. It is the way they live in real life. They are not capable of holding a real conversation, so they try to abuse. As far as the star system on here could care less about it, it can not be used as anything good or bad because some will give you a bad mark just for the heck of it. Ignoring them is the easiest way to get them to back off, with out the attention they have nothing to gain. I know this as I play cards on here and we don't call them trolls, more like idiots, soon as someone enters the lobby to play they start with the name calling, like little kinder garden kids, once you put them on ignore and they can't get that attention they leave and go to another lobby. They need to grow up and get a life.

It can get to anyone, they seem to target anyone on the friend list of someone they don't like. Maybe one of these years myLot will get rid of the rating system and stars.

how can someone attack others on mylot?... how can someone has a negative effect on your rating?..... I think it's mylot who decide on your rating..... depending upon the quality of your discussions and comments....

I wish the site would find a way to track trolls and get them off the Lot! Why would anyone want to be so vicious?
