I Again Have A Problem With THe Web Page

It's not your problem per say. The web page isn't refusing to open. The domain has been suspended. Which implies it's likely it's broken a rule or two. This would be issues with the owners ISP or internet service provider.

Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.

So it's a money making site? Since it's unlikely to have broken any specific rule because of the nature of these sites - I'd say it's most likely closed it's doors

OR maybe it will reopen in a week or a month or in a year..the only way anyone could know is to ask the owner of the site. Do a search in google, and see what people are saying BUT if you had money and were counting on it? don't...
