Are fast foods good for you?

All I have to say is watch the film called "Supersize Me". This film clearly shows how fast food has a negative impact on one's health. Let me know what you think after you watch it.

I dont think in general fast food is good for you of course there are always exceptions to the rule. I think there are some really good places to find bargains about the food you eat and ways to have fun with your food. Good luck with finding some good places to eat.

Hello reco13 this is checkmail and do think that eating fast food is better for health in some terms, till it is in limits.Yes there has been opening of fastfood services more in current time, and its is nearly enjoyed by everyone, from child to old.But toher diet must also remain at its place, means excessive eating of fast food will not alone help our heatlh.According to me inbetween fastfood is better for our health with home foods.

I love fast food and all kind of junkies.I know that they are unheaalthy,but I believe that a person can enjoy great, good food uptil the age of thirty as the digestive systems get weaker with age.Thus I keep on eating anything I love,no matter how many pounds of cholesterol or fats it contains.Ofcourse,I do workout to keep myself healthy.

It is unhealthy because it is high in calories and most of these calories are dietary fats, especially unsaturated fat. Hydrogenated Oils are used to cook fried foods most of the time and they are really bad.

Fast Food in general is not good for you.But as you have already mentioned fast lifestyles is why there is such a rise in it. You can make healthier choices with fast food such as opting for grilled instead of fried and chicken instead of beef. Common Sense will go a long way.

I really don't think fast food is any good for us. Eating fast food once in a while is okay especially when you don't have time and rushing to somewhere else, fast food is pretty much the only choice. But i tend to avoid eating it if I don't need to.

i dont tihnk there is such a tihng in which fast food is good for you. it contains all this horrible substance for your body. if you dont work it off properly, youll probably die.
