Firstly don't give up. Many bloggers give up because they don't get the traffic they want and can't be bothered to put in the effort to get it.

Okay so firstly you should try getting your url listed on similar sites. So say you come across another blog with articles about Luxury Cars, leave an interesting comment on the blog which shows that you are not just spamming their comments and include your link. post regularly and then ping your contents. pingmyblog and autopinger are what I use. traffic exchanges are good to get your page rank up. You just have to go to forums leave a link there. Social networks like facebook are also helpful. so whereever you go in the net leave a trace of your blog site. Do some research in keywords too. Post not too much pictures. Post reviews and other articles as you can use the keywords with them.

You got many good advices above already! But there is one more thing you can try... The web is full of forums of all kind. Forums for moneymakers, pet owners, collectors, young parents... and I'm absolutely sure, there are forums for luxury car lovers too. Make a Google search: luxury cars+forum, and why not just car+forum too. Check them out, and join ONLY these forums which allow you to have a signature.
Put your blog address as your signature, and become active. Visit every forum three-four times a week, and participate in discussions. Every time you're posting something, people will see the link to your blog. If you are posting interesting stuff, they will click on your signature, and you'll get nice TARGETED traffic.

Another way is to take a look at yahoo answers. Search for those questions that people ask about luxury cars, then you can write a blog post (as long as possible, with keywords scatter throughout the blog post) that answer the questions, return to yahoo answers, give a short, concise answer, and use your blog as the reference. The only thing you cannot write is "you can refer to my blog", otherwise your answers will be flagged. You just put the link, without telling that it's actually your blog.
The third way is to summarize your blog posts into one article length, and post in Hubpages, you can link the Hubpages back to your blog, and earn from Google Adsense, Amazon (as affiliate), Ebay (as affiliate) at the same time.
