Where do you get the latest news?

I am a blogger at blogspot.com... so every morning
when I ON my computer, I will go to blogs and start
reading blogs from others! It is very interesting and
up-to-date. I got to know about Michael Jackson passed
away from the blog first...early in the morning. I check
at Yahoo! website for confirmation... then only I heard on
radio while I was driving out, and latest was on newspaper
and on TV. It is the same about the solar eclipse...lol

I get the lastest news before I login to my yahoo email.

Nowadays, i get my news mostly from the internet or the evening news which for me is more practical than buying newspapers. If there are any breaking news, I can know about it instantly through the internet. Besides, I'm online most of the time, so its more practical for me.

sometimes i dont, because i have a lot fo work to do, household chores, taking care of the kids, plus my online earning thing. the only time i get to know whats happening in right now is when i get to watch news on tv. also when there is really something interesting that i want to know more, i read some news on the net.

Work your way round the internet, there are dozens of sites where you can get news (occasional people will try and charge you for it, but you don't have to use those).

If your need political coverage, and you are unashamedly partisan in your opinions, there are plenty of sites catering to that. If you want strict neutrality, that can also be done. Sport, entertainment, science and technology - you name it.

I can speak English, German and French, and I have no problem reading Dutch, so that opens a lot of doors anyway. I only wish I could find a job as easily as I can find news.

word of mouth thru someone. if it is a big deal, the whole world is talking about it and wont shut up.
if it is some bs news, the news and tv shows r talking about it and wont shut up.
know the difference. there is a big difference.

I use to read the newspaper every day & had done this for 15 or more years. Now the paper is only printed 3 days a week & it is mostly news from the town an hour north of here. It is like they've taken that town's paper & put our town's newspaper name on it. It is frustrating. I see the headlines on Yahoo when I log on & if something interests me, I click on it. My husband watches the news on TV at least once a day & he is always telling me something. It seems someone is always telling me the news, my mother, co-workers, neighbors.

I started to read newspapers at the age of 10. Like your dad, my dad also read the newspaper regulary. Now he is above 70, Still he reads the newspapers. Because of his reading habits, he has a very good knowledge about the happenings around the world. I am reading daily the print edition of two newspapers and another minimum three online edition. Apart from that Television is a great source for the latest news.
