I like Hershey's Symphony with the toffee bits and nuts. I get the big one and keep it in the fridge. It usually lasts a few days and sometimes I actually forget its in there and get a nice surpise later, lol!

LOL, it was a good thing I remembered I had it because if I had been suffering and then found it later I would really have not been happy!

No, Hon, that was a different part. Blew a hose over the weekend and they couldn't get the order in before the deadline to get it on the truck so I had to wait until today. Today the truck comes and they do their inventory and lo and behold it's the WRONG FRIGGING PART!

Oh my gosh. You poor thing. If you are living in the country you might want to buy a horse. LOL. If you're in the city, I hate to suggest it, maybe public transportation. I'm sure that will cost a small fortune. You certainly are having a lot of bad luck with that car.

Nah, actually I have pretty good luck with it. It's just difficult getting things done because either you take it to a shop and they want to over charge you for work you don't need or the person is too intimidated by the thought of touching it.

If I had the proper tools some of this stuff I could do myself. It's such a drag.

My favorite is turtle cheesecake. It has the chocolate cookie crust and is topped with pecans, caramel and more chocolate!

I like them too but I pick the pecans off. My favorite is the plain cheesecake or chocolate cheesecake. You knew it would have chocolate in them.

I think I would eat it more if it wasn't so unhealthy. LOL Knowing all the cream cheese that is in it, I just can't fully enjoy the cheesecake. LOL

Usually, I skim articles. Hers are so entertaining I have to read the whole thing. Sometimes she leaves me the funniest comments, I'm not sure she read the article. Must remember to quiz her. Wonder if she's around today.

I will catch her comments on occasion and they crack me up! Clever comments are probably another way to attract readers or at least visitors to your profile page.

Even skimming takes time. I guess I just have so many things eating away at my time already. The day just goes by so quickly.

I meant to tell you about my dog. I loved her. She had separation anxiety. If we were at home she wouldn't destroy anything. Once we left, watch out. She ate through a wall. Actually, she ate through two walls. I finally put her outside on a dog run. She almost chewed through her skin trying to get the harness off. Needless to say, I left her unhooked. We lived on two acres where everyone had property. Someone finally took her in and pinned her up. She was 7 at the time. She didn't escape their cage. It was concrete slab.

Wow, that is quite a story! Did she stay with whoever took her in?

As far as I know. They had a concrete dog pin where there was no chance of her escape. I could here her when we came home and she would bark because she would here our vehicle. That was sad, but I thought she liked where ever she was. I didn't hear her any other time.

How did you know what had happened to her?

My husband saw where she was one day. They have kids so we are hoping they still take her out to play. Besides that, no other dog barks like her in the area. She was part hound and part lab but had a crazy bark. Sweet dog, just had issues. I really loved her. Once the kids came, I knew she had to go though.

Aw, that's too bad. Hopefully she was happy with that other family and they treated her well.

I believe she was or I wouldn't have let them keep her. She was with me from the time she was 9 mos old. For a lab, she was just dumb. LOL Great companion though, especially if you are active.

Dogs can be so sweet and so much fun but they are such a huge responsibility

Actually, I think it's easier taking care of a dog than a cat. I only like big dogs. My daughter keeps saying she wants a dog and I told her as soon as she is old enough to take care of a dog she can have one. I should be safe for at least three more years. LOL

ROFLOL! Good luck with that one. I like other people's cats when they are well behaved. My friend has one who is schizophrenic who is mewing sweetly one minute and then scratching you the next.

We have two cats, but one only likes you if it is feeding time. The other one is tempermental with kids. She's never went after our kids but she went after my nephew and once after my sister-n-law changed my nephew she went after her. I think the cat is a little touched. Although, I'm not that fond of my sister-n-law either. HAHAHA

MMMMMM. Chocolate. Seriously, new thread title. Who doesn't love chocolate? We found dark chocolate Hershey bars in a pack of six. So COOL. Had to buy them. Doubt if they last a week here. LOL

Just had a few more! Had to wait a bit and let my dinner digest but responding to responses for this discussion made me want chocolate again!

They weren't lost, I could see them as soon as I looked, I just kept forgetting to take them out. So when I wanted chocolate I suddenly remembered I had some, lol.

Try this: get a bag of the bite sized individually wrapped version of your favortie chocolate bar and keep a few in a small cannister and then put the rest in the freezer. Because you have to wait for it to thaw you will eat less and when you get a craving the chocolate is preserved in the freezer.
