A chocolate bar makes up for a missed meal...is it healthy?  |

Whenever I missed a meal, I would easily grab a chocolate bar to make up for what I missed and I guess it never fails to replenish my energy. But, I'm starting to wonder if it's healthy...maybe others would say it is not, but then again, Chocolate easily satisfies me.

3. radx682 (288) | 5 months ago | I don't think so...A meal is good for health and the amount of energy you gain after eating a meal is more than in a chocolate. After having a chocolate, you again will feel hungry after few hours.
May be once or twice is fine. Making it a habit is bad for your health and teeth.

5. xsammiex (1239) | 5 months ago | i'm no expert but i don't think this is healthy. i admit a few times i've missed breakfast and had a chocolate bar instead, but it isn't good. it stops me being hungry but a proper meal is much better for you than a chocolate bar is. not that i can talk - i'm so unhealthy!
